As a Senior Project Manager at Delve, you’ll be the guiding force behind multi-disciplinary projects — from the spark of an idea through the final hand-off to production. Whether it’s consumer products, commercial systems, or cutting-edge medical devices, you’ll keep teams aligned, inspired, and on track. You’ll play a key role in balancing the efforts of our engineers, designers, and researchers across teams and projects.  

In this role, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to every stage of the product development process. Drawing on your experience in consulting and your mastery of project management frameworks, you’ll foster collaboration, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure that each engagement delivers meaningful impact. You will also play a role in solution development for high-impact proposals.


Responsibilities
Project management responsibilities
  • Be the connection point between the internal project team and client. Work in collaboration with a Technical Lead or other senior team members to run client projects. 
  • Work with Technical Lead to define product requirements, track adherence to requirements, and ensure deliverables are met per client expectations.  
  • Identify potential change of scope issues as they arise and communicate them to the team, account management, and the client. 
  • Create proposals and budgets and manage schedules of internal and external support, document all decisions, and track action items. 
  • Maintain responsibility for project data accuracy and organization for internal project management database and server. 
  • Regularly review project budget status with Account Manager and Technical Lead and request resources to complete project work as necessary 
  • Oversee and support the planning/preparation of presentation materials, in cooperation with Technical Lead and other team members. 
  • Work with studio account directors and client partners to ensure project health across project financials, work quality and internal and client team’s happiness. 

Solution lead responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account Directors, Client Partners, and Subject Matter Experts to understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, approaches, timelines, and pricing
  • Lead the execution of proposal strategy in response to AD/CP direction, RFPs, and other solicitations facilitating all facets of functional proposal development to meet client and internal deadlines
  • Translate technical and operational concepts into clear, persuasive proposal content
  • Ensure solutions are feasible, compliant, and aligned with company capabilities and win themes
  • Maintain a library of reusable solution components and templates to streamline future responses
  • Confirm consistency in messaging, branding, and quality across all proposal submissions
  • Stay current with industry trends, client needs, and emerging technologies to inform solution


Requirements       
  • 8+ years of experience in project management in a professional services environment
  • 5+ years of experience writing proposals or technical documentation in a contract development, engineering, or product development setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Google Docs, Excel, Smartsheet, and basic design/layout tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, or similar)
  • Familiarity with contract development, engineering, and the product lifecycle
