As an IT Support Specialist at Delve, you will be responsible for supporting the IT Systems Administrator in the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software and computer systems in a 200+ user, multi-site environment.
You will provide comprehensive support for users and staff in a multi-disciplinary setting by resolving support tickets, maintaining patching and hardware upgrades, and ensuring user satisfaction by maximizing up time. This position is based in our Madison, WI studio.

You will provide comprehensive support for users and staff in a multi-disciplinary setting by resolving support tickets, maintaining patching and hardware upgrades, and ensuring user satisfaction by maximizing up time. This position is based in our Madison, WI studio.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user computer systems, software applications, and server hardware.
- Provide technical support to users by resolving service requests and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with administration and management of Office 365 (including Entra, Exchange, Intune, and SharePoint).
- Support the implementation of security measures and regular security tests.
- Maintain and troubleshoot office networks, including switches, firewalls, wireless access points (WAPs), and TCP/IP routing.
- Manage access controls for both on-premises and cloud-based data system
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, software, hardware, and server systems.
- Customer-focused with a motivated, proactive approach to learning and problem solving.
- Thorough knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including switches, WAN, LAN, and DHCP.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency troubleshooting with Windows 10/11 and Mac OS.
- Familiarity with Hypervisor systems such as VMware ESXi and ProxMox.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in help desk, or technical support roles.
- 2+ years of experience in Office 365 administration (Including Active Directory)
- 2+ years of IT experience in an enterprise environment.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Security+
- Experience with audio visual (AV) systems support and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SQL Queries and Database administration.
- Enjoys sharing information, supporting others, and working on a team to achieve team goals.

- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and commitment to quality.
