This role works closely with Delve’s leadership team, including the Chief Growth Officer and CEO—to ensure marketing strategies align with business development and client success initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content-driven marketing strategy that strengthens our brand as a leader in product design and innovation consulting.
- Oversee content and communications, including earned media such as social engagement, speaking opportunities, bylined articles, and press coverage.
- Enhance our existing content to engage and resonate with subject matter experts across industries.
- Leverage a strategic mix of digital marketing, content marketing, thought leadership, and multi-channel outreach to drive engagement and build Delve’s presence as an industry leader.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to shape our voice in healthcare, consumer, and commercial sector, positioning us as a trusted advisor.
- Define and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives, ensuring data-driven decisions that maximize business growth.
- Collaborate with Delve’s leadership, including the Chief Growth Officer and CEO, to ensure that marketing strategies align with business development, sales, and client success efforts, directly contributing to revenue growth.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, insightful content that speaks to our target audiences and reinforces our leadership in the healthcare, consumer, and commercial sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role driving brand strategy and thought leadership.
- Proven experience in developing high-impact, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive business growth and elevate brand position.
- Expertise in content marketing and thought leadership, with a track record of successful campaigns that build market authority.
- Strong digital marketing acumen, including proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in product design, development, or related industries, with an ability to deeply understand complex B2B sales cycles.
- A balance of creative vision and data-driven decision-making, demonstrating the ability to align marketing strategies with measurable business goals.
