Delve is seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Director of Marketing to elevate our brand, position us as a thought leader in product innovation, and lead transformative marketing initiatives. As a key driver of Delve’s long-term growth and market presence, this role will be critical in shaping our competitive advantage and directly influencing our business success. You’ll develop and execute high-level strategies that build our reputation as a leading product innovation firm, while driving top-of-funnel growth through impactful content, thought leadership, and event marketing.
This role works closely with Delve’s leadership team—including the Chief Growth Officer and CEO—to ensure marketing strategies align with business development and client success initiatives. You will also establish and track performance metrics to optimize results, foster a culture of creativity and collaboration, and elevate Delve’s market positioning across key industries.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and lead overarching marketing strategies that elevate Delve’s brand and market positioning as a thought leader in product design and innovation.
- Leverage a comprehensive mix of digital marketing, content marketing, thought leadership, and multi-channel outreach to drive engagement and build Delve’s presence as an industry leader.
- Identify and capitalize on key market opportunities to position Delve as a trusted partner in the healthcare, consumer, and commercial sectors.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives, ensuring data-driven decisions that maximize business growth.
- Collaborate with Delve’s leadership, including the Chief Growth Officer and CEO, to ensure that marketing strategies align with business development, sales, and client success efforts, directly contributing to revenue growth.
- Lead Delve’s thought leadership strategy, positioning the company as a go-to expert on product innovation through whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars, and industry publications.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, insightful content that speaks to our target audiences and reinforces our leadership in the healthcare, consumer, and commercial sectors.
- Build relationships with industry media, influencers, and thought leaders to expand Delve’s voice in the market.
- Drive Delve’s event marketing strategy, leading both Delve-hosted events and participation in key external industry conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
- Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution, ensuring that events elevate Delve’s visibility and thought leadership while fostering meaningful client engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop event themes and content that align with Delve’s core messaging and market position.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with Delve’s growth objectives and company values.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors and partners to ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with the brand’s strategic direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role driving brand strategy and thought leadership.
- Proven experience in developing high-impact, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive business growth and elevate brand position.
- Expertise in content marketing and thought leadership, with a track record of successful campaigns that build market authority.
- Experience in developing and executing event marketing strategies, from concept to execution, that drive engagement and enhance brand visibility.
- Strong digital marketing acumen, including proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in product design, development, or related industries, with an ability to deeply understand complex B2B sales cycles.
- A balance of creative vision and data-driven decision-making, demonstrating the ability to align marketing strategies with measurable business goals.
