Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager at Delve, you’ll be the guiding force behind multi-disciplinary projects — from the spark of an idea through the final hand-off to production. Whether it’s consumer products, commercial systems, or cutting-edge medical devices, you’ll keep teams aligned, inspired, and on track. You’ll play a key role in balancing the efforts of our engineers, designers, and researchers across teams and projects.
In this role, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to every stage of the product development process. Drawing on your experience in consulting and your mastery of project management frameworks, you’ll foster collaboration, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure that each engagement delivers meaningful impact.
This is a hybrid position based in our Boston studio, offering the opportunity to work closely with both clients and colleagues in a dynamic, creative environment
Responsibilities
Be the connection point between the internal project team and client. Work in collaboration with a Technical Lead or other senior team members to run client projects.
Work with Technical Lead to define product requirements, track adherence to requirements, and ensure deliverables are met per client expectations.
Identify potential change of scope issues as they arise and communicate them to the team, account management, and the client.
Create proposals and budgets and manage schedules of internal and external support, document all decisions, and track action items.
Maintain responsibility for project data accuracy and organization for internal project management database and server.
Regularly review project budget status with Account Manager and Technical Lead and request resources to complete project work as necessary
Oversee and support the planning/preparation of presentation materials, in cooperation with Technical Lead and other team members.
Work with studio account directors and client partners to ensure project health across project financials, work quality and internal and client team’s happiness.
Requirements
7+ years’ experience in Project Management, Product Management, Engineering Program Management, and/or other client-facing roles
5+ years’ work experience in medical device electromechanical product development
Experience planning and maintaining client projects from start to finish
Well-versed and knowledgeable about MS Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet, and internal project management systems
Familiarity with and/or interest in consulting environments and how they work
Preferred Experience
