MedTech Project Manager
As a MedTech Project Manager at Delve, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary medical device programs from early concept through hand-off to production. Partnering closely with clients, Technical Leads, and internal teams, you’ll be accountable for successful project execution including balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and collaboration in highly regulated environments.
You’ll apply design thinking and product development best practices to guide teams through ambiguity, make informed trade-offs, and deliver meaningful, high-quality solutions to challenging MedTech problems. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable shaping the big picture and managing the details, and who is excited to help Delve teams continuously improve how we deliver work.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary connection point between project teams and clients, collaborating closely with Technical Leads, Account Managers, and other senior stakeholders on MedTech and medical device programs
- Own overall project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communication
- Partner with Technical Leads to define product requirements and track adherence throughout development
- Proactively identify potential changes in scope, communicate impacts, and align with internal teams and clients on next steps
- Create project proposals and budgets, and manage schedules for internal teams and external partners
- Maintain accurate, well-organized project documentation, decision records, and action items across Delve’s project management systems and servers
- Regularly review project financials with Account Managers and Technical Leads, requesting resources as needed to meet project goals
- Oversee and support the planning and preparation of client presentations and project deliverables
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations, contractual commitments, and Delve quality standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Engineering Program Management, and/or other client-facing roles
- 5+ years of experience in medical device electromechanical product development
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex client projects from start to finish
- Well-versed and knowledgeable about MS Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet, and project management systems
- Experience working in consulting environments
Preferred Experience
