Delve is looking for a Senior Sales and Marketing Analyst to strengthen the engine behind our sales and marketing teams. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to create clarity, remove friction, and drive performance. From hands-on building dashboards to refining lead routing to insight generation, you’ll use data and process to help our team work smarter and win more.

This is a high-impact role reports directly to our Chief Growth Office, with a dotted line to our Chief Operations Office, and combines strategic analysis with hands-on operational execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own, optimize, and integrate the sales and marketing tech stack (i.e. HubSpot [and HubSpot integration with NetSuite], GA4, ZoomInfo/Chorus, etc.) to ensure clean data, smooth workflows, and accurate reporting.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver clear insights into pipeline health, studio performance, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead qualification, routing, and follow-up processes.
  • Partner with Marketing to provide directional performance insights to inform collateral development, web, search, etc.
  • Support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation design with rigorous data analysis.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and recommend process or tooling improvements.
  • Build, maintain documentation, and train on processes and best practices.
  • Monitor data integrity across systems, partnering with other internal teams as necessary.
  • Help evaluate and implement new sales tools to improve productivity and performance, with a strong emphasis on AI tools as they mature.
 

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy role, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong data literacy: fluent with HubSpot, GA4, Excel, and BI tools such as Looker and ZoomInfo.
  • Solid understanding of the B2B sales process and how sales teams operate.
  • Experience working with sales technologies and integrating them into workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complexity into actionable insights.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by building from scratch and doing hands-on work.
  • Experience with process automation tools (i.e. HubSpot workflows).
  • Exposure to marketing operations, lead scoring, or customer success operations.
  • Experience supporting multi-geo sales teams.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience or exposure to Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, UTM Parameters and Campaign Tracking Tools, etc.
